UCCX 8.0.2 Upgrade Issue

Hi All, We recently upgraded our client's UCCX cluster from version 5.0(2) SR02 to version 8.0.2. The upgrade was completed successfully. However approximately 3 days after the upgrade our Agents and Supervisors started experiencing issues with the Real Time view on CAD and CSD. In the Cisco supervisors Desktop agents states are stuck in “reserved” though the agents are on another call or in a “Ready State”. This appeared to be an intermittent problem. We are now having issues with the CAD, where Agent remains in talking/reserved state and can’t log-out or give reason code. Only way to log out is to shut down client and/or reboot phone. Has anyone encountered this issue before when upgrading to UCCX version 8.0.2? It seems like a bug to me and i am in the process of logging a TAC case.
