UCCX 8.0 HA failover RTMT alert

Hello,

I need to figure out how many times UCCX failed over to the secondary for a particular month.  If anyone knows what alert to look for in RTMT or have any ideas please let me know.

Hi Ayaz,

Please check out the "CriticalServiceDown" alert in the System Alert Descriptions and Default Configurations.
