UCCX 8.0 SU2 to SU4 fail to switch

     We have tried 2x, to apply the SU$ to our UCCX HA enviroment, the system will not do the switch version. CISCO TAC is involved, but was wondering if anyone else has had this issue?

Could be due to CSCty77549 or CSCtj91950 that commonly cause this issue.

TAC just replied back yesterday, there is an illegal character in the LDAP database in UCCX. They sent the LDAP browser but I havn't been able to get into it yet. I have called the vendor to assist. We still have another bug they are working on as well
