UCCX 8.5.1 upgrade to 11.6

All,

I've tried the following method to upgrade from UCCX 8.5.1 to 11.6:

1. Stage new 11.6 VM in production - SUCCESS
2. Take DRS backup of old 8.5.1 VM - SUCCESS
3. Stage new 8.5.1 VM in lab/isolated network - SUCCESS
4. Restore 8.5.1 VM backup to 8.5.1 VM lab/isolated network - SUCCESS
5. Upgrade 8.5.1 VM to 10.6 - SUCCESS
6. Upgrade 10.6 VM to 11.6 - SUCCESS
7. Change 11.6 VM to the same IP address + subnet as the production 11.6 VM
8. Run a backup from 11.6 lab VM - SUCCESS
9. Restore the backup to the 11.6 VM production - FAIL

The issue I have is the 11.6 VM never sees the backup in the tar list..

Has anyone had any experience with this or any recommendations?

Deepak mentions that the credentials must match on the new VM as the original source, so on the original 8.5.1 production VM in the initial backup itself? If so, I can try this one tomorrow!
