UCCX 8.5.1.11003-32 Enhanced
Out of 300 agents running CAD on Win7, we have about 20 agents who get blank buttons in place of their Task buttons.
All other CAD buttons display correctly.
Verified that all agents have the correct work flow group (Cisco Desktop Administrator - Personnel - Agents),
All agents have the same Win7 setup & permissions to the PC.
In some cases, agents report that the issue clears up on its own after a few days or weeks.
Any idea why this happens or what can be done to resolve it?
