uccx 8.5 problem simultaeous recording and monitoring

We just upgrade a UCCX from 7.02 to 8.5 and we are not able to record and monitor simultaneously.  With the version release 7.02, the customer confirmed to me that is was possible to record the call and do silent monitoring simultaneously.

By default, there is a workflow configured that start the recording for all calls and sometimes supervisor with the Cisco Supervisor Desktop starts to listen the conversion.

Hi Celine,

Try to add 1000ms delay in the workflow. This will give the system the time needed to setup the recording.

Hello,

Thank you for you answer.  Finally, the problem was du to a bug.  We just installed the version 8.5.1 SU1 and the problem is now resolve.
