UCCX 8 CAD Corporate Directory Access

Hi All,

Is there any way to let UCCX 8 CAD to access a corporate directory, either on AD or on CUCM, so an agent can search it for user details?

If you have CAD premium you can do things in the attached web browser.

There is nothing "out of the box" you can use. I have created an AD search hosted on IIS that provides "Click to Dial" within the embeded browser.
