I have no experience with GetAbby. It's not entirely clear to me what it does either. If CCE does integrate somehow, I suggest you get some details how (what interface, what call/app/message flow, what development was done), as that would allow you to quickly establish if CCX can as well.There is a lot of overlap and similarities between CCE and CCX w.r.t interfaces (CAD, CTI Server, etc), so there is a good chance, but we'll need to understand the current integration.
