Installing my first UCCX 8.X and have reviewed the Install/Admin docs, but can't seem to find a reference to where to access this from. A little help please?
There is the desktop admin plugin from the tools menu and there is the Desktop Administration you select in the drop down navigation pane at the top right. You need to access both of these to administer and assign work flows.
