UCCX 8.x Outbound Preview Dialer Campaing Statistics

Hi Guys,

     I am wondering if there is a way to get a report from my outbound campaign that shows the following information at the end of the day:

  • Contact Information (FirstName,LastName, etc..)
  • Call details (Agent, Time of Call, lenght, etc..)
  • Call Status (Pending, Active, Closed, etc..)
  • Call result (Voice, Fax, Invalid, etc..)

Hi Anzola,

How are you?

You will need a custom report to display all the information in one sheet. For custom report you will need to use a combination of the Crystal report Developer's Toolkit and SQL stored procedures. You can refer the Cisco Unified CCX Histroical Reporting Administrator and Developer Guide and Cisco Unified CCX Dtabase Scheme.

Hi Juan,

You can use historical Reporting to view those information.

Login to Cisco Unified CCX Administration

Tools>Pulg-ins

Download and install Cisco Unified Historical Reports.

There you can see above details.

    There are 2 reports associated with Preview Outbound:

  • Preview Outbound Agent Detail Performance Report.
  • Preview Outbound Campaign Summary Report.

None of those let me view the result of the call for a specific contact. Is there another report that show that info?
