Hi Folks
In one of my client, existing they use Nortel CS 1000E Rel 5 as a PBX and 3rd party IVR to handle their command center, currenty they have integration with BMC Remedy to get NIP (Staff Number) information.
Caller will input their NIP when dial to Command Center (by IVR).
and currently my client want to invest UCCX (Contact Center Express) and make sure is it possible to integrate with BMC Remedy ?
if anyone have documentation or information about UCCX and Remedy Integration it will be great.
