Hello everyone, I've recently modified my customer's voice only UCCX deployment to add support for e-mail tasks. My customer has prepared about sixty e-mail templates that they would like to be available to the e-mail enabled agents.
The templates are plain text with hyperlinks, currently stored in a CSV file. I would like to be able to import them direct from this CSV instead of type them all in by hand. Can anyone tell me if this is possible?
I did a seach on the forums before posting, but nothing was found.... I'm hoping that doesn't already tell me the answer ...
