UCCX 9.0 Express - Unable to sync directory services

I having issue with Cisco Supervisor Desktop loggin into CCX and getting this error "The ID you entered was not found".  I have try to manual sync directory services and also getting this error "CDAUI2082 At least one error has occurred during the manual synchronization of directory services. Contact technical support

Does anyone ran into this issue and know a work around for it?

I had similar problem before. I used RTMT Trace & Log Central to get the log while doing the sync. Search the part around CDAUI2082. It gives some clue there.

Please check the CAD Error Code Dictionary. There is a workaround described for this Error Code.
