We are currently on UCCX 9.1
Our Tech Support created a special app that pulls data from the local log files from everyone that is logged in to CAD, the file location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Desktop\log and they use the files "Agent000X" to pull Agent Name, Call State, and Idle Time in real time and have a dashboard that shows all this info.
When we upgrade to UCCX 11.6, we will be moving over to Finesse. Since Finesse is web based it will not be storing the same files locally on the machines of the agents and their app they use will stop working.
Does anyone know if there are local files hidden somewhere locally in app data for finesse or if there is a better way of pulling info, maybe from the UCCX DB itself?
