Hi
One of custome need to implement following requirement using UCCX, please tell me is this possible with UCCX
If the same incoming calls comes withing selected time period, call should be routed to same Agent who asnwered the previous call, is this possible ?
UCCX 9.0
CUCM 9.1

Hi,
yes, this is something commonly referred to as "Sticky Agent".
I can help you with that. Can you please show me your script (a screenshot would do).
