UCCX active partition 100%

Our UCCX is running the Calabrio for license reasons.

We are in the process of upgrading our platform to Verint now.

We are on  UCCX 10.6.1.11002-15.

We actually run PCCE 11.6 but we have to keep this running until our new call recording platform is installed.

I restarted the vm and app last night but it didn't purge anything and now it has had 8 hours to correct itself.

Anyone got any ideas?

Can you post "show diskusage common" to see what folders/files might be taking most of the space? Also, there's a defect you might be hitting: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuz95193

You can check this one as well.

JMX logs can take full partition https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuz26147

The issue is related to a BUG but the one I thought it was didnt match.

TAC eng looked around and found the one related to the below fix and Voila!

The fix was TAC going in to root to delete the log files from cd /usr/local/cm/db/informix/tmp.

This purged the active partition to 36%.

Thanks for your help everyone.
