Our Supervisor Desktop user wants us to add two Agents in order to monitor when they are on line, but doesn't want these Agents receiving Team calls. They are just in Supervisor Desktop for monitoring purposes.
Can I add Agents without using additional UCCX licenses?
Is it just a matter of setting the Agents skills to 0?

Thanks for the response. If we decide to purchase additional licenses, how would I configure the agents so they don't receive calls? Is it just setting their skills to 0?
