Hi
In a lab I am setting up an UCCX outbound Agent based predictive campaign
The contacts are uploaded and the agent goes in a reserved state and the call is made and the remote phone is ringing
But when we pickup the remote phone, the agent never gets the call
I searched but I could not find much information about Agent Based Predictive outbound configuration examples
Has anyone made this work correctly ?

Normaly this is a CSS issue on the CUCM
Try check the callrouting there.

Thank you for your help
I have in place all dial-peers, and I get the SIP messages UPDATE/REFER and ACCEPT, including with the correct Refer-To:
Also the CPA is correct, I get the correct status, but it seems that the CUBE doesn't even try to make a call
The remote party answers and after some seconds the line drops
Do you have an CUBE example for this?
