UCCX Agent Call Drop Issue

Hello Guys,

 

Recently we faced a call drop issue in contact center environment for around 1 Hr. time. I went through the MIVR logs from UCCX and found below logs for one of the dropped call.

Can someone help to identify what CallCtlCause:212 CiscoCause:0 FeatReason:2 mean.

 

51070 is the Trigger Number.

50095 is the agent's extension.

No idea what it means, but I will share that if there is a call drop issue after an hour on the agents phone, the best place to look is CUCM logs.

I have SDL and Event Viewer traces from CUCM. Can you help what to find in CUCM Traces.
