Hello,
I want to know if it's possible (without or with development) to configure a Softkey on the Cisco Ipphone to change a UCCX agent state(ready/not ready), instead of using the XML Menu on the Ipphone. (actually I'm using CUCM 8.6.2 and UCCX 8.1)

What do you mean exactly ?
