UCCX AMC Primary/Failover collector will not save

New UCCX 12.5.1 system.  After bringing up Pub/Sub, I have rebooted both, and gone into the CCX Servicability to set the Primary / Failover collector in the AMC Service configuration.

 

I set it, and hit save....the page just comes back and says ready, and the parameters don't "stick"

 

Suggestions?

Nice to know there is a bug, but the bug report provides absolutely zero information about things like....was it saved and just not showing it?  Did it not save?  And the "fixed" version is (of course) not on CCO....
