UCCX and UCM compatibility

We`re planning to upgrade UCM from 8.6.2 to latest version available (11.5)

We also have UCCX 9.0.2.10000-71. Are they compatible? Only IVR feature of UCCX is used.

UCCX is not planned to be updated. As I understood, the compatibility matrix is for UCCX 11.5, not for CUCM 11.5.

So your version of UCCX is only compatible with CUCM version is Red

Jitender is correct that UCCX 9.0.2.10000-71 is not compatible with CM 11.5(1). The minimum UCCX version compatible with CM 11.5(1) is 10.6(1) SU1 and this is irrespective of the fact whether you are only using IVR feature of UCCX or also have plans to use ACD along with it
