Hello,

what is a good example of setting a "Default Script" ?

Could it be a simple script to contain, say for disaster, a redirect to an external contact center ?

Hi there

I didnt quite undestand your requirement. Is this what you are looking for,

The Cisco Cisco Unified CCX system automatically invokes a default script if the main script:

  • Cannot be loaded

  • Terminates abnormally because of a system or script error.

https://developer.cisco.com/docs/contact-center-express/#!writing-a-default-script/writing-a-default-script

Hope this Helps

Cheers
Rath!

Rath!,

Great, thanks, that is a neat script in the link.

In case all I wanted to do is to redirect to an external number I would:

Start

   Accept

   Call Redirect

End

You are welcome if you would care to comment.
