UCCX ASR/TTS Questions

I have a request to investigate two options for our main corporate DID script:

1. ASR  - A caller dials in and when prompted for a name, the caller can say a name and then be connected to that person.  

2. A caller dials in and when prompted, enter the first few letters of the name and then be connected to that person.

 

It is my understanding that ASR features are not available natively within UCCX and there are only two approved integration vendors - Nuance and LumenVox.  

 

My questions are:

1. Am I correct about the ASR feature not being natively available within UCCX?

2. Is option 2 available natively thru digit collection and DB lookup scripting?

3. Has anyone accomplished either of these services thru AWS and then passed the selection back to UCCX?
