In the attached files you can find the errors we are getting. Does anybody know why it is happening?

Which Locale are you using?

Hi,

The language is Spanish. It says that the call ID has changed. If an agent try to log out it says that there is an active call and the agent should stay logged in.

We are getting the errors even if the agent has no active calls.

We are using UCCx 5.0
