Hello all,
i would like to know if there is a problem we configure a all control group being shared by all scripts in the uccx.
i mean, for example, we have 10 ivr ports and 5 scripts, so 1 call control group with 10 ports, and all 5 scripts with 10 ports, so this way we share all cti ports with all scripts.
thank you for helping!

This is not a problem. What you want to watch out for is the shared Cisco Media Group. Because it takes longer for media channels to reset than cti ports, you need a 10% buffer.
e.g.,
If you have 10 CTI Ports, you need 11 Cisco Media Channels.
If you have 100 CTI Ports, you need 110 Cisco Media Channels.
EDIT: Also, watch you application sessions. If you have 10 sessions on each of your 5 apps, then a single app can starve the other apps of CTI ports under heavy call volume. Unless that's what you wanted.
