UCCX call distribution issue

Hello everybody.

We use CUCM 7, UCCX 7.

I have an issue with distributing inbounds calls. There is "longest available" distribution but sometimes two agent's phones become ring at once, then both agents answer the call and at the end they have three-way conversation with a customer.

Does anybody know Is it a bug or the agents have the same value of "longest available"?

Ruslan, I have read about such a bug a while ago. I can't remember the details regarding versions. I'll see if I can dig up something.
