Hi ,
We are running UCCX 10.5 . In some of the call flows calls reached the 1st Agent phone and rings for couple of seconds and and automatically going to 2nd Agent .
1st Agent is available when the call is getting missed. Issue occurs intermittently

Hi All,
I checked the MIVR logs and found that call are aboanded with following error.
Callcticonnection failed : Cause 109
what are the possible reasons for cause 109???

Cause 109 mainly refers to Codec Issues. Look for any related Transcoding configuration or Region mismatch between CTI ports and agents phone

Hi ,
what exactly this error indicates ? Network not obtainable means from uccx to phone not accessible or any cti control related issue between uccx and cucm ???

check the report "Agent State Detials Report" and see what is the reason code of the agent when the call came..

Hi Abdurrahman,
We identified the issue. Actual cause is incoming call got disconnected with a cause code 41. That is the root cause for this issue.
