UCCX Campaign contact for Rescheduling

Hi,

I am uploading Contacts to campaign using uccx 10.5 rest api. It works fine. all contacts are sending to dialer. after the call is completed contacts are cleared from dialer. I have some questions here.

1. how to Get the list of contacts for rescheduling ( customer not attended this call , busy , Callback ).

2. How to Get list of completed Calls. ( based on my understanding after completing the outbound call the list is cleared from uccx campaign contacts).

I am using Fineese agent desktop.
