We recently had a LDAP authentication outage and during the outage we could not log into UCCX admin interface, the page just keep spinning trying to load, the UCCX admin is local to CUCM and not part of LDAP. Not sure if it was related to AXL having issues? We had to restart Tomcat on the CTI servers UCCX peered with and then were able to log into UI. Curious if this is a bug or something else related to AXL and LDAP services? Saw this bug not sure if its related: https://bst.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvc79978
