UCCX - can we create agent statistics dashboard using CUIC

Can we create agent statistics dashboard using CUIC?

or do we need to do depend on third party solution for this?

 

We want something similar to as attached

Hi there, 

 

using the CUIC, you can still create dashboard for the agents and queue statistic with tabular and in charts. Basically, In dashboard, you will be able to pull the CUIC reports. It also enable you to use some widgets like clock, sticky notes and web pages. But to get something like shared screenshot, you may have to depend on third party solutions.

Can you please tell me which all live date report can be used to get as below  I can very minimal option . am I missing Something?Dashboard.png

They want the following:

Which agent is talking ? how many are in attending or talking now?

currently which agent is currently logged in and not logged in?

How I get those report? i searched but i cannot find them in live data?

Team State Report: It gives agent current state and time spend in this state 

For more details, please refer the Cisco guide: UCCX 12.5 Reporting guide - Live data 

 

Please note that Live data only available in the UCCX co-existing CUIC and it cannot get in standalone CUIC. I hope this helps you to solve the issue.

I did with team state report. but i cannot show the ready state as green not ready as red. how it can be done. 

 

As i mentioned its 11.6 ant not 12.5?

 

is there any major difference in 12.5 in dashboard point of view?

 

If try to open the permanent link it will end up as filter not configured error:
