UCCX Changing manual Time Zone

Hi All

In the UCCX version 11.6 , I need to change the time zone from summer time zone (GMT -3) to winter time zone (GMT -4). Manually, exist some risk with the licenses? or other?

Yes, it will invalidate your license:

You will need to contact Cisco for a re-host, or if you know how (it's not straight forward) you can do it yourself over at cisco.com/go/license
