Hi there I'm creating a new script and one of the requirements is to check an 'overflow' CSQ for any available agents and escalate to that queue if so. If the call is queued in a standard CSQ, could I set the Overflow CSQ name as a variable and then add a step in the queuing loop such as:
OverflowAgentsReady=
Get Reporting Statistic (Ready Resources[OverflowCSQ] from CSQ IPCC Express.
Then an IF statement based on the result returned?
