I had the question come up regarding what 99 - Cleaned means. After reviewing several reports I discovered it matched up to a call we had stuck in the queue for a lengthy period of time. The call was 'cleared' using UCCX Real Time Reporting. While searching the internet I found a reference that indicated 99 - Cleared. I don't know if it was a typo or coincidence but that was spot on for our situation.
