Hi,
I was wondering if anyone had any samples scripts utilizing the Context Service; creating new customer records and where it stores each time the customer calls in? I can't seem to find much documentation on how to set this up from the scripting side. It's pretty straightforward connecting UCCX to the Context Service in CCMP.

The Cisco Script editor reference guide has some info on the specific steps. There's a number of pages on how to setup the integration but I haven't found examples yet. When I create one I'll share it. Does anyone even know what POD stands for? In all the guides I've seen so far it doesn't say what it stands for. It only says things like "POD, also known as activity".
