UCCX CTI ports Alerting

Hello all,

why the UCCX has only the option to populate the Ascii alerting name for cti ports under the call control group?

I cannot see the alerting name for the CTI ports when a call is placed to an agent.

do I have to manually populate the alerting for each cti port on the call manager?

CCX does not support non-ASCII characters which is why it only shows you that field. This should appear on the phone though. Modifying the CTI Triggers or Ports within CUCM is not supported and will be overwritten the next time you do a sync anyways.
