Hi guys.
We have UCCX with CTI protocol version 12 and application that use this protocol for communication.
Was decided to update to protocol version 17.
According to documentation, change, that could affect to application work is replacement of CallWrapupData string property on CCWRAPUP namedarray.
Maybe someone know, is this the only change, that could affect work of application or I missed something?
