UCCX/CUIC 11.X call control group reporting

Hello,

Does anyone know of a way to run a report that shows port utilization per call control group in UCCX?  I can run the license utilization hourly report that shows me a combined port utilization but I need to be able to run this against individual call control groups to see if I have my ports allocated correctly.

I don't believe there's a report specifically for port utilization, however, you should be able to determine usage via RTMT.

Better reporting in general is needed! Like, you can only pick one item to filter the report by? What?
