Hello,
Does anyone know of a way to run a report that shows port utilization per call control group in UCCX? I can run the license utilization hourly report that shows me a combined port utilization but I need to be able to run this against individual call control groups to see if I have my ports allocated correctly.

I don't believe there's a report specifically for port utilization, however, you should be able to determine usage via RTMT.
