UCCX CUIC Dashboard user permission issue

I created end user in CUCM. In UCCX I gave capability this user with reporting. i even tried with adminstrator capability as well.

then In CUIC for this user i gave permission for dashboard , report with execute and write permission.

then for dashboard , i browsed the permanent link and tried to login. login was successful but all report in dashboard endedup with the following error:

Report execution failed.

Permission denied - please contact administrator for permission.

So what permission Im missing? 

They dont have any LDAP users in CUCM only local users they have.

Have you checked the permissions on the data source?

yes .. its was not applying properly .. i think all those happenend bcos of some services not running properly..
