Any ideas on why the email Inbound Traffic Analysis report in UCCX CUIC would be blank?
The collection and search fields are greyed out / disabled.
version: UCCX 10.6 Demo environment.
I have sent a number of emails and responded to a number of emails into UCCX CSQs and this works fine.

Do you have two servers? It could be a replication issue.
Perhaps check the contents of the DB tables and/or run the repl check commands:
utils uccx dbreplication status

Its a single CUCM server and single UCCX server demo environment.
Anyone know what tables I can look at to review or if the historical user has access?

It should be the tables with 'eem' prefixes.
