UCCX/CUIC historical reporting using office 365

Hi All, we are using O365 for emails.

UCCX version 11.6.1 with inbuilt-CUIC

Is it possible to send UCCX/CUIC historical reports using O365 instead of SMTP based on-prem exchange server?

I have not done this before, but two suggestions:

1) Use option 2 in the following document:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-office-3

2) Use any off the shelf SMTP relay client or cloud based service. You don't need to use your own O365 relay to send mail.
