UCCX - CUIC - 'No data available' when reporting on deleted agent

Hello,

 

On UCCX 12.5 I'm trying to report data on a deleted agent using a stock report (Agent Call Summary). It works when I use an administrator account but not when running as a supervisor of the team of the deleted agent. It says 'No Data Available'.

 

The supervisor has read permissions on the value list 'UCCX_agent' and on the team collection of the deleted agent.

 

Does anyone know where this permission is set, or what is the best way to allow supervisor to report on deleted agent?
