Hello,

I've checked the uccx db storage of a customer with the command - show uccx dbserver disk

Found out that logs_dbs, uccx_sbspace and uccx_ersb are almost full.

I did some research and couldnt find the usage of uccx_ersb does anybody know?

Also I noticed that the UCCX storage of Repository items (Prompts, Documents, Grammers and scripts) are stored in db_cra_repository and uccx_sbspace which are limited to 3GB,  is there any possible way to extend this storage or the only way is to delete files?

UCCX_ERSB is majorly to store the enterprise replication information between the UCCX servers in HA node. 

We strongly recommend to purge data and delete files to ensure the database space usage. Increasing the size of the DB is possible.

Anupam_Dewedi, You said you can increase the size of the DB.  I understand it's not recommended but can be done. How is this done?
