UCCX Dialer: Redialing Rules

UCCX v11.6(2) Outbound Dialer

 

Hi all. I'm running a predictive/progressive campaign and planning to achieve the following rule. How can this be configured?
1. Dial Phone01 -> Result=Busy then the same Phone01 should be dial again after xx interval

2. Dial Phone01 -> Result=No Answer/Answering Machine then the Phone02 should be dial next after xx internal

3. Dial Phone02 -> Result=No Answer/Answering Machine then the Phone03 should be dial next after xx internal

4. Dial Phone03. UCCX will not dial this as max 3 has been reached. How do we overcome this?  

 

My understanding is the current redialling rules is already fixed based on the call result and cant be changed?

Your best bet is to try to automate the creation of your dialing list based on results from the previous list. That way you can control which numbers get dialed next based on what happened to PhoneX.

Would the correct flow be the following?

1. Send Record1 - Phone01

2. Get the result

3. Send Record1 - Phone01 / 02 / 03

 

Anyway to address the max limit of 3 attempts?
