UCCX - Failover status through Web Browser

Hello,

I had come accross from what I remember being a proper web address that shows the status of HA UCCX.  The output was simillar to an xml file being opened in a  web brower.  It would show if it was active or standby.

It may look something like;

I.e https:\10.10.10.10\failoverstatus\

If anyone knows of this address please let me know.

Thanks,

AK

Hi

The URL is: http://<UCCXIP>/uccx/isDBMaster

For this to work (last time I checked) you had to browse to that URL from the IP address you configure in the 'wallboard server name' config setting in AppAdmin/Tools/Real Time Snapshot Writing Configuration.

I have never seen anything like this we always go to CLI to get the information. I am not even sure that the List Server portion of UCCX shows the active server after failover.

You would think that Cisco would have something like this.

Found in Desktop administrator?

Thanks,

No - AppAdmin - the CCX administration pages.
