UCCX Finesse Agent State Log Report shows times hour ahead

Hi all

UCCX: 10.5.1.11001-49

I have an issue with UCCX Finesse agents not showing the time in the Agent State Log Report seen in their client window.  Times are one hour ahead. The UCCX servers are located in the CET timezone and the affected agents are in GMT. I have agents across both time zones.  

I can correct the view on the agent desktop by amending settings in CUIC,
CUIC/Security/User List/User Name/Edit/Time Zone - this was blank, I set this to the correct location and when the agent checks again, they see the right time stamps.  But this fix appears to revert at mid-night, with the time zone returning to blank.

“The timezone setting for the reporting user within CUIC is blank. If this is changed the report will run correctly but will be reset to null at midnight.”

but this has no fixed in version.

I also see comments in another topic - CUIC Reports Show Incorrect Time

and this suggests that you should not set the timezone in CUIC, perhaps amending the time in the Datasource, but this looks be set already, and if I amedn these valies, won't this then result in all the CET agents having the wrong times.

Does anyone know if CSCur99638 will be fixed in 11.6.1, or is there is another way to resolve the issue?
