this happens on 11.5 with updateWrapUpReason on the dialog after a call is transferred but during wrapup time

it works fine on 11.6

I believe that you are hitting the bug CSCvg37527. This bug was fixed in 11.6.

thanks Denise, the customer upgraded to 11.6 and that fixed the issue
