Hi Team,
We have rights provided to users in UCCX Ver. 10.5 to edit reports. It is observed that the rights gets removed from the users profile automatically. After that the user gets the below error while accessing reports.
I tried adding them as an administrator also but the same thing happens after a couple of days.
The rights again need to be provided to get this resolve.
Also PFA of Error snapshot for your ref.
Error: User not Authorized to Perform this action on report definition.
Thanks,
Prafull Sartape

Hi Prafull,
The issue is happening because of the below defect:
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCus47112/?reffering_site=dumpcr
Either contact TAC to ask for ES3 cop file that you can apply in case if you are running 10.5(1) SU1 else upgrade to 10.6(1) SU1 altogether that will get rid of this defect along with few others that exist for CUIC in 10.5(1) train.
In my opinion, it will be worth to upgrade to 10.6(1) SU1 if you want a more stable release while working with CUIC.
Regards
Deepak
