UCCX Finesse Live Reports

Customer has Finesse 12.5 running in their environment.

Supervisor want to see the Live Voice CSQ Summary report but I am told they are only seeing the Snapshot option.

They would like to see the Short or Long Average version, but not seeing that option.  

Any ideas as to what they aren't choosing or is there some configuration change that we need to do in order to get that information?

Hi,

 

Can you ensure the supervisors have complete permissions to the report that they want to run. 

 

Also check if the supervisors are able to run the reports on the CUIC itself and see the output as they desire to do. (Have the supervisor login to CUIC using his credentials as used for finesse login and then perform this step)
