UCCX Finesse POP UP screen issue

hello,

I set up the screen pop up on Finesse. UCCX Rls 11.0

The screen pop should happen only when call answered. But sometimes when agent received the call and transferred it to other queue.The POP UP happens on two sides. On agent who received the call and agent who transfers the call. It should happened only on the agent who received the call and press answer.

any idea?
